Biography
- Cody Sipe, MS, is a well-respected expert on older-adult fitness. He is an ACSM-certified exercise specialist, a registered clinical exercise physiologist, and a certified balance and mobility enhancement specialist. He serves in numerous leadership positions in the industry, including as a contributing editor for IDEA and as a member of the ACSM Strategic Health Initiative on Aging. He has been recognized numerous times for his professional achievements, including being named as the 2005 IDEA Program Director of the Year and being selected as a delegate to the 2005 White House Conference on Aging by Indiana governor Mitch Daniels. Cody presents internationally and writes regularly on a variety of senior fitness topics.
