Biography
  • Lenita Anthony, M.S., is a Reebok University master trainer and member of the Reebok University Program Development Team. She is the program director for the Professional Certificate in Fitness Instruction and Exercise Science at the University of California-San Diego. Lenita has over 25 years of experience in the health/fitness industry, and has authored numerous articles for fitness professionals. One of the most respected professionals in the field, she is a frequent industry presenter at professional meetings. Lenita is also an accomplished competitive triathlete and cyclist. She is certified by ACSM (exercise specialist) and by ACE.
