Cycle Reebok: Foundation Training (Part 2) is the second of a 2-part series of DVDs specifically designed to provide an understanding of how to create safe and effective indoor cycling workouts for exercisers at all levels. The DVD reviews the physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, and motivational guidelines and methods of Cycle Reebok and how to apply this information to create an exciting, motivating, and effective workout. The DVD also features a review of the seven foundation riding techniques, a discussion of how to prevent common injuries while cycling, and a summary of the leadership skills an individual needs to be successful cycling instructor.

Biography
- Lenita Anthony, M.S., is a Reebok University master trainer and member of the Reebok University Program Development Team. She is the program director for the Professional Certificate in Fitness Instruction and Exercise Science at the University of California-San Diego. Lenita has over 25 years of experience in the health/fitness industry, and has authored numerous articles for fitness professionals. One of the most respected professionals in the field, she is a frequent industry presenter at professional meetings. Lenita is also an accomplished competitive triathlete and cyclist. She is certified by ACSM (exercise specialist) and by ACE.
