Biography
- Cedric X. Bryant, Ph.D., FACSM, is the chief exercise physiologist and vice-president of educational services for the American Council on Exercise. Previously, Dr. Bryant was a senior vice-president for StairMaster Health & Fitness Products, Inc. and served on the exercise science faculties of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Penn State University, and Arizona State University. An accomplished and prolific writer, he lectures nationally and internationally on a variety of topics related to exercise, fitness, and health.
