Biography
- Dixie Stanforth, MS, is a lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Austin. She is a well-known fitness expert, a 5-star IDEA presenter, and a contributing fitness editor to Shape and Living Fit magazines. In addition to her ongoing research in group exercise, she works as a personal trainer, serves as a consultant to numerous corporations and fitness organizations, and is on the Gatorade Board of Advisors for Science and Exercise.
