- Cedric X. Bryant, Ph. D., FACSM, is the chief science officer at the America Council of Exercise, which he serves as national and international lecturer, writer, and expert source. The author of more than 200 articles and columns in a variety of fitness trade magazines, sports medicine journals, and exercise science publications, as well as having written, co-authored, or edited 30 books, Bryant often serves as an authoritative resource for fitness and nutrition articles that appear in a variety of respected national publications.
